Why doesn't my coupon work?
A coupon applies only to its own campaign, and some campaigns are limited to certain places. If a code isn't valid where you are, it won't switch to another deal, so check your location and that you've entered it correctly.
Do I need to type the hyphens?
No. Hyphens in a coupon code don't matter.
What happens to my coupon if I cancel or get a refund?
The promotion is reversed when a payment is refunded or a booking or ticket is cancelled.
Can I spend reward points at checkout?
No. Points are earned, not subtracted from what you pay at checkout.
Does using a deal affect my driver or provider's pay?
No. A deal changes what you pay. Your driver, organizer or provider still gets their full share, and Movago covers the difference.
Why are there no deals where I am?
Some campaigns depend on your location. Check back, as active campaigns appear when they're live.
